Membership loyalty rewards program

Terms and conditions

Membership Eligibility

  • Program is open to current BeBe Nail Studio customer with minimum of $50 prepaid purchase.

  • Participant must be 18 years of age or older to participate

Benefits

  • Bebe Nail Studio will be accrued at rate of five (5) Reward Dollars per $100 dollar spent at BeBe Nail Studio excluding tax, coupons, prepaid purchase and tips or gratuity.

  • 100 points equate to $5 off an entire purchase.

  • Receive 20% discount on the week(s) of your birthday (7 days before and after your birthday.)

  • Up to 15% discount on prepaid membership as described below

    Preparid $100 or more gets 5% discount on the prepaid purchase

    Preparid $300 or more gets 10% discount on the prepaid purchase

    Preparid $500 or more gets 15% discount on the prepaid purchase

  • Refer every 5 friends and get a 15% discount.

General Terms

  • BeBe Nail Studio Reward points are based on total account spending at BeBe Nail Studio.

  • Account spending can be on one purchase or through multiple purchases.

  • BeBe Nail Studio Reward points are not assignable, saleable, transferable, replaceable or redeemable for cash, other than as stated herein.

  • The BeBe Nail Studio Reward program is continuous; no subsequent registration is required.

  • BeBe Nail Studio maintains the right to terminate Members or change at any times.

  • Reward points initially earned on an item(s) or service(s) which is returned or refunded will be deducted in the period of the return or refund. Return or refund may cause a negative points balance.

  • Perpaid Membership is not assignable, saleable, transferable, replaceable, and redeemable for cash or refund, other than as stated herein.

  • Tips or gratuity can not be paid by using prepaid membership or BeBe Nail Studio Reward points.

  • 20% member birthday discount only applies to the service(s), not including product(s) and only applies to membership account holder.

  • A $25.00 fee will be charged for issuing a replacement membership card.

Cancellation and Termination Policy

  • BeBe Nail Studio may terminate any Rewards program at any time.

  • Upon termination of the program, customer forfeits any inactivated rewards or points.

  • Prepaid membership can be remaining active until the balance is equal to 0.

  • BeBe Nail Studio reserved the rights to maintain, change, or terminate any rules on any of the programs.  

Governing Law and Arbitration

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of New York, without reference to conflict-of-laws.
